I don't know why people are complaining about the this earphone. It's a great earphone with excellent sound quality.

It's balanced in deed.Bass and volume is lesser than oppo and other newer generation buds/neckbands.The quality of wires were not that great.Sony need to really work on it.Battery backup is good.Calling quality is good.

Actually I am Sony product lover. Product quality is good but not expected as Sony. Price is high compare with other products which available in other brands. Unable to stick on neck properly. Overall dis comfort to use the product

This actually works great. I don't expect about sound quality before buying this headset after usage it was amazing sound quality and bass was very impressive. The sony headphones app is an added advantage you can do much more things on that. Compare to design and build quality it should be improved. I am not comfortable on the design. You can talk to much with your loved ones with your headphones as good call qualit

great bass and sound quality but it would've been better if they had magnetic buds
